チケットお申込み公演に関する注意事項
- 未就学児童の入場はできません。
- 営利目的でのチケットの転売、オークションへの出品は固くお断りいたします。万が一、そのような事態が発生した場合は、ご入場をお断りいたします。
また、それにより生じたトラブルに関しましては、主催者は一切の責任を負いかねます。 - 公演内容、開場・開演時間、出演者などは変更になる場合がございます。その際のチケットの払い戻しはできません。
- 公演が中止・延期となった場合以外の払い戻しはできません。
万が一本公演が中止や延期となった場合、それに伴う会場までの旅費・宿泊費等(キャンセル料含む)の補償はいたしません。 - 開催時の状況により、注意事項等のご案内に変更が出る場合があります。必ず公式サイトにて最新の注意事項をご確認ください。
また、公演当⽇の会場内・会場周辺では係員の案内に従っていただくようご協⼒をお願いいたします。 - チケットの紛失・盗難などいかなる場合においてもチケットの再発行はいたしません。
- 入場時にご本人確認を実施する場合がございます。必ず「顔写真付き身分証明書」をご持参ください。
- ご入場時に手荷物検査、金属探知機検査を実施いたします。また、警備員による身体検査を実施する場合がございます。
- 再入場はできません。
- 会場周辺に一般駐車場はございますが、数に限りがございます。公共の交通機関をご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。
- 会場常設のクロークのご用意はございません。会場常設のコインロッカーはございますが、一部閉鎖する可能性がございます。
大型のコインロッカーは数が少なく、大きな荷物はお持ち込みいただかないようお願いいたします。 - 会場内へのアルコール飲料、瓶、缶、ボストンバッグやキャリーケースなどの大きな荷物、プロフェッショナルカメラ、録音/録画機器、危険物、武器、花火、棒付きバナー/フラッグ、ペットなどの動物、 その他、法律で禁止されている物、運営上危険と判断する物の持ち込みを禁止いたします。発見した場合には、スタッフにより没収させていただく場合がございます。
- 公演中はご指定の席・エリア以外での観覧は禁止とさせていただきます。
- お座席によって一部演出が見えづらい、または見えない場合がございます。予めご了承ください
- 座席によっては一部着席でのご鑑賞になりますので予めご了承ください。
- 体を必要以上に大きく動かしたり、大きく飛び跳ねる行為、前へ駆け出したりする行為は禁止とさせていただきます。
- 客席を含む会場内に収録用カメラが入るため、収録した映像や写真は、放送・配信・複製頒布等する場合がございます。
- ステージへ物を投げ込んだり、駆け寄ったりする危険行為は絶対におやめください。係員の指示に従わない場合はご退場いただく場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。 また、それに伴うチケットの払い戻しも一切ございません。
- 会場内外では係員の指示に従ってください。係員の指示に従わず事故・怪我などをされた場合は出演者・主催者、及び会場側は一切責任を負いません。
- 会場周辺、空港でのアーティストの入り待ち・出待ち行為はご遠慮頂きますようお願いいたします。
- 出演者との直接的な接触は禁止、出演者に直接プレゼントを贈る行為も禁止させていただきます。
- 退場後は、会場周辺に滞留することなく速やかにご移動をお願いいたします。

- Performance details—including opening/starting times and performers —are subject to change. Tickets cannot be refunded in such cases.
- Tickets will only be refunded if the performance is canceled or postponed.

- Recording cameras may be present in the venue, and recorded images/videos may be broadcast, streamed, or distributed.
- Throwing objects toward the stage or rushing it is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal from the venue.No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Please follow staff instructions at all times. The organizer, venue, and performers will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by non-compliance.
- Waiting for artists near the venue or at airports is strictly prohibited.
- Direct contact with performers and giving them gifts directly are prohibited.
